Katherine Ellerd, CPDT-KA
ABOUT ME
My first passion in life has always been working with animals. I have been working with dogs professionally since 2013 and previously held a certification as a Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA). I am also a skilled and experienced behaviorist and problem solver.
I work with dogs of all breeds, ages and temperaments, including fearful and aggressive dogs. I utilize gentle positive reinforcement, behavioral therapy, desensitization and counter conditioning methods in my training. I am a passionate advocate for increasing the owner/dog bond and want to make sure my clients understand how to identify behavioral issues and practical ways to remedy them. Although I do teach the dogs necessary skills, it's the owner I train. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty or go the extra mile to make sure you and your pup(s) have a happy and rewarding experience!

Kat's Pack
"Bonnie's demeanor has completely changed and I have Kat to thank for it. I would highly reccommend trusting Kat with your pup, worth every penny at such an affordable cost
--- Shea T.
"Seriously, Kat takes it back to the roots of dog training and is not aftraid to get her hands dirty when she needed to. I am truly thankful we found Kat and will continue to recommend her
